All retail prices listed are for unpainted gel-coat finish panels which require customer preparation and painting. Carriage charge excluded unless otherwise indicated.

Terms and Conditions

Policy

Our policy is to ensure that all products are well described, match their description in every way, and are supplied in full merchantable condition. Should customers have any reason to complain about our products or services they are asked to do so directly to the company immediately the cause of their complaint is experienced.

Prices and Payment

Prices may be changed from time to time at our discretion. A packaging and carriage charge will be applied according to destination, weight and chosen delivery option. We accept payment by credit or debit card via PayPal. Payment by cheque or postal order should be made payable to R.Woolley. and accompany the order.

Availability and Delivery

Whilst we always try to supply the item(s) requested we reserve the right to change products offered from time to time, and also at our discretion reserve the right not to supply.

Returns

If upon delivery any item is found to be damaged we must be notified immediately and the customer must not sign for them, or otherwise accept them in any way, as being satisfactory. We will not be responsible for items found to be damaged after having been previously accepted by the customer as satisfactory upon delivery. Damaged goods may need to be returned to us in which case they must be returned exactly as received by the customer. Damaged goods will be replaced or rectified at our expense subject to correct notification as described above.

Should a customer receive goods not as ordered they must be returned to us exactly as supplied and this means in an ‘as new’ condition, unopened and unused. We will reimburse all costs in full.

Should a customer receive a delivery that is correct as ordered but wishes to return goods for exchange or refund the customer must advise us of this wish within 14 days of despatch and the cost of return is at the customers expense. We will refund in full the product purchase price providing the items are returned exactly as supplied by us in the first instance. They must be returned complete, unopened, and unused and in an ‘as new’ condition in all respects including the product packaging. Should they not be returned in an ‘as new’ condition we will make a deduction equivalent to their loss of market value but not less than 20% of the purchase price and if in our opinion condition is such that resale is improbable we reserve the right to refuse any refund or credit.

No goods may be returned for any reason without our prior agreement. A copy of our original invoice must accompany the returned goods.

Data Security and Protection

All personal information you provide to us will be held in the strictest confidence, used only for the purpose for which it was given, and not disclosed to any third party whatsoever, unless we are obliged in law to do so.

Liability

Unless otherwise specifically stated in product literature or elsewhere all items are warranted against faulty workmanship or materials used in their manufacture for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and providing that the product instructions have been followed exactly during installation and operation.

The full extent of our liability for any loss or damage experienced by the customer is to refund the full price paid, including carriage, or replace or repair the product(s) we supplied at no additional charge.

We are not liable for any consequential direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind incurred by the customer, or third parties, arising from the use of our products however caused. If asked, we may give an opinion regarding the installation of our products that goes beyond the precise fitting instructions supplied with the item, but we are not liable for this advice nor any work carried out in conjunction with the installation of our products that is additional to, and not directly part of, the fitting of our products as precisely described in their fitting instructions. Specialist technical advice should be obtained if you are in any doubt regarding installation.

English law applies at all times including on sales despatched outside the UK.
